On 18^th of October 2018, in Uralsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Ekaterinburg city) carried out an International research-to-practice conference «Counter-strategy of crime, by investigative agencies, as element of maintenance of public security», where took part senior faculty instructor of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police lieutenant colonel Natalya Aleksandrovna Chuprinuk and senior faculty instructor of general legal disciplines, police lieutenant colonel Zina Zinelkyzy Nurish.
Prior to conference on 17^th of October 2018, hold meeting with the management of Institute in the name of temporally in charge of Head, police lieutenant colonel Maksim Sergeevich Chugai, as well as Vice Director of Institute for academic affairs, police colonel Irina Vasilevna Grebenchikova, and  assistant Director of Institute of international cooperation, police lieutenant colonel Ludmila Anatolyevna Vasileva.
On plenary meeting on 18^th of October on theme:  «Main role of expert evidence in criminal law of procedure»spoke senior teacher of criminal procedure and criminalistics of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police lieutenant colonel N.A.Chuprinuk., at the meeting of section «State legal and civil mechanism in system of countermeasure to crime suspected to investigative agencies»with report on theme:«Principles of civil procedure» spoke senior teacher of general legal disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police lieutenant colonel Zina Zinelkyzy Nurish.
For our delegation was held an excursion around the Institute, visit to a museum, military training area of educational institution, as well as excursion through the Ekaterinburg city and visit to a museum:  «Visoskii» and «Ganina -Yama».
