29 September  2018 cadets of 1 A and 1 B courses, 2 A course  S.B.Seitkaliev., O.A. Tobyshev., A.S.Yeleuov, and lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, Police lieutenant G.A. Bisenkov took the oath.

The ceremonial event began with wreath-laying ceremony at the monument to Heroes of the Soviet Union Malkedzhar Bukenbaev, where the acting Head of Aktobe Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev police Colonel Galia Zhanabekovna Suleimanova, veterans of the Department of Internal Affairs, military personnel, the students of the Institute and parents of students took part.

Then the event continued on the parade ground of the Institute. With congratulatory speech was announced by acting Head of the Institute, Police colonel Galia Zhanabekovna Suleimanova, President of the Board of the veterans of the Institute, Police colonel in retirement Murat Kopzhasarovich Aidosov and members of the parent Committee of 1 A course Berik Akhmetov, Kalima Shaikhievna Bekeshova and 1 B course Bolat Mukhamadievich Tazhibaev, who expressed gratitude to the Head of the Institute and all personnel.

After the ceremonial event the cadets who took the oath, met with their parents and were released in the daily dismissal.
