On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the capital of our Republic of Astana and the celebration of the International Women’s Day on March 8, at the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, on February 23, 2018, a contest “Miss Institute-2018” was held among girls of cadets and listeners by the department of educational work.

The aim of the competition is to determine the aesthetic taste, refinement and beauty of girls, the propaganda of morality and culture, the development of a sense of creative consciousness, teaching in the direction of national culture.

Contestants were selected from the number of students 1A and 1B courses. The entrance to the stage was determined by the stallion.

The contest consisted of the following rounds:

1- tour – “Portfolio of participants”.

2nd round – “Not complete disassembly and assembly of Makarov’s pistol”.

3- tour – Avant-garde style of fashion.

4 th round – Intellectual tour.

5 th round – “My talent – my success” creative tour.

The jury was chaired by the head of the DOREPW, the police lieutenant colonel A.K.Karimbayeva, the jury members the head of the department, the police colonel MD Nurshaev, the senior instructor-methodologist of the MandPH T, the police major D.T.Toleuov, the senior inspector of the personnel work department, the major police A.E. Kurmanova, the expert of the youth resource center of Aktobe region N.Altynbekyzy.

The contest involved 7 contestants 1A and 1B courses and students of the special initial training course. The cadet of 103 training group 1 B course, ordinary police Mulyar Lyubov Nikolaevna, cadet 102 training group 1 A course, ordinary police Altybaeva Karina Zhardemyzy, cadet 105 training group 1 A course, ordinary police Basitova Intizarim Zhellahunovna, listener 1 training group special initial training course Dauzhanova Gaukhar Gabitkyzy, listener of the 1st training group of the special initial training course Қonysbek Gulbahar Yerzhankyzy, cadet of the 102th training group 1 B course, ordinary police Kenebai Tolganai Bolatkazykyzy, cadet 103 training A second group 1 course, ordinary police Myrzagalikyzy Bayan.

Prize places were determined in the following nominations:

– nomination “Master”;

– nomination “Talented”;

– nomination “Audience sympathy”;

– “The Third Vice-Miss Institute” – 3 rd place;

– “Second Vice-Miss Institute” – 2 nd place;

– “The First Vice-Miss Institute” – 1 place;

– “Miss Institute-2018” – Grand Prix.

With the highest number of grades, cadet 103 of the training group 1 A

course, ordinary police Myrzayalizyzy Bayan won the title “Miss Institute-2018”, “The First Vice-Miss Institute” – Kenebai Tolganai Bolatkazykyzy,, “Second Vice-Miss Institute” – Konysbek Gulbahar Erzhankyzy, “The Third Vice-Miss Institute” – Dauzhanova Gaukhar Ғabitkyzy . In the nominations “Sheber Aru” – Mulyar Lyubov Nikolaevna, “Onerli Aru” – Basitova Intizarim Zhellahunovna, “Korermen kozaimy” – Altybaeva Karina Zhardemkyzy.

Winners and contestants were awarded with the diploma of the head of the institute, valuable gifts and flowers.
