On October 19, 2018 the department of general legal disciplines together with the department of educational disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev carried out a round table discussion on learning the main conceptual issues of President’s message of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of people of Kazakhstan: Increase in earnings and quality of life »dated this October 5, 2018 where took part higher educational teaching personnel and cadets of 1«A» and 1«B» courses of our Institute.
Moderator of this round table discussion was Ardak Zharaskhankyzy Zharaskhan –senior teacher of educational disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police captain.
Introductory speech of the round table discussion was given to acting head of Aktobe Law Institute, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police colonel Galiya Zhanabekovna Suleimanova. She made a good point of President’s message:
- Increase in household income.
- Improvement of the quality of life.
- Formation of comfort living zone.
- State machinery, with a focus on requirements of the citizens.
- Effective external policy.
- Complicity of each person of Kazakhstan to process of transformation in the country.
A report on theme «Qualitative transformation of law enforcement in light of President’s message of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev » spoke faculty instructor of general legal disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, Police Major Murat Davletbaevich Tuleshev.
In round table discussion as well took part Maksat Danaevich Abekenov
– Chief specialist of the Management of corruption prevention and Nurtore Zaidollaevich Kaldybaev –Chief specialist of the management of corruption prevention Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the matter of civil service and fight against corruption in Aktobe region, who made a report and presented a video on theme:«Corruption prevention»
