On March 14, 2018, the Aktobe  Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, together with the Rostov Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, conducted an educational and methodical seminar on the topic “Problems of implementing a practice-oriented approach in mastering the main professional educational program”.

Within the framework of the event, the deputy head of the training work, police colonel  A.I.Mitin spoke with a salutatory word from the Rostov Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, and from Aktobe  Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after M. Bukenbaev, the deputy chief of training, Colonel of  police  D.A.Dauletiarov. The seminar was also attended by Deputy Chief of the RJI of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia for scientific work, Colonel of  police A.Yu. Terekhov and deputy head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev for scientific work, Lieutenant Colonel G.Zh. Suleymanova.

In this seminar, reports were made by the RJI of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and the Academy of Emergency Situations, Ph.D., Colonel D.V. Popandopulo “Extra-curricular practice of students as a basis for a practice-oriented approach to departmental education”; Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Colonel of Police A.А. Bryukhnov “Specifics of conducting field practical exercises”; Professor of the Department of Administrative Law, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Colonel of Police R.A. Lubsky “Context education and key technologies as a paradigmatic basis for the implementation of a practice-oriented approach in the establishment of a professional educational program”; Senior Lecturer of the Criminal Procedure Department, Ph.D., Lieutenant Colonel of Police E.V. Denisenko “Problems of implementation of the practice – oriented approach in mastering the basic professional educational program”. From the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev, the following lectures were made: Professor of the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminology, Candidate of Law, A.O. Kuanov “Competent – oriented approach in the teaching of disciplines criminal law and criminology”; Associate Professor of the Department of General Educational Disciplines, Colonel of Police Zh.M. Esmambetova “Improving the methodology of teaching practical tasks”; senior instructor-methodologist of the educational and methodological center, police captain R.B.Moldybayeva “Improvement of the educational process on the credit system in the higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

The guests included: Candidate of Law, Senior Lecturer, Chair of Jurisprudence, KRMU M.E. Ali; Candidate of jurisprudence, senior lecturer of the chair of jurisprudence of the Arkhangelsk State University named after K. Zhubanov.

Also, participants exchanged views ,. discussed actual problems and situations, showed sincere interest in the topic, and heatedly discussed the issues.

At the end of the event, the results of the seminar were summed up and suggestions were made on the further implementation of such events.
