June 5, 2018 Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev in pursuance of the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs №. 75 “On approval of the Action Plan for the implementation of the image project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan” On guard of happy childhood “dated February 1, 2018 for the purposes of strengthening of friendship and rendering assistance, organized a charitable action “Help to Alga children’s home”.

From Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the holiday was visited by the Chairman of the Officers’ Assembly, Lieutenant Colonel T. Suleimenov, the Inspector of the Educational Work Department, the Police Captain ZA Mukhangalieva, the Deputy Chairman of the Women’s Council, the Police Captain A.Zh.Kiubek and the teacher of the department of operational-search activity, Police Captain A. S. Baigazin.

At the beginning of the event, a tour of the children’s home was held. Further in the assembly hall of the children’s home a festive dinner and a concert of pupils were organized.

The holiday was dedicated to the Children’s Day and became a kind of final celebration for many graduates, patrons and not-indifferent children of the region. A well-conditioned courtyard, elegant rooms, a concert of the vocal-instrumental ensemble “ADD” and stories of graduates about the House, did not leave anyone indifferent. Tears of joy, tears of empathy and tears of leave in a tremor of the pupil’s voice were passed on to the guests.

The shrilly and sincere holiday turned out to be sad, as for today, in this once populous and so native for more than 2 thousand graduates of the House, there are just over 50 children left and will be transferred in Autumn to  Aktobe.

During the event the floor was given to the Chairman of the Officers’ Meeting, Lieutenant Colonel T.Suleimenov, where he congratulated the children on the holiday and wished all the best and noted that our Institution has always been and will be ready to support and help the orphanage.
