     According to plan of as of 2018 Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenabaev on 17th of October  carried out a round table discussion upon research theme of criminal law and criminology department «Further improvement of legislation on crime prevention against sexual immunity», where took part employees of juvenile police of the Department of Internal Affairs of all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who arrived to carrier development course.
     The aim of this arrangement carrying out was a necessity of discussing issues of sexual inviolability of minors.
     Within the frame of discussion police major I.V.Trofimovich., police captain Zh.Zh.Uteeva., police major B.O.Mukhamedyarova made findings of legislation improvement and assumption of death sentence to people  who enchroach to sexual inviolability of minors, other points of view were expressed of juvenile police personnel –retrainees, who took part in the work of round table discussion.
     Following the results of round table discussion the participants were awarded with certificates on behalf of Management of the Institute.
