According to plan of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, November 22, 2018 by the police Lieutenant Colonel Z.Z.Nurysh visited to comprehensive secondary school №8 of Aktobe city, where the lecture lessons were carried out with students of 6-7 grades on theme «Zero tolerance» and «Prophylaxis of administrative offences».
It should be emphasized that students with an increased focus on subjects of lecture, asked topical questions, there was a discussion. During the discussion, students were explained information about the prevention of various types of offenses, namely the presence at night time of juniors in entertainment facilities or outside the home unaccompanied by legal representatives, as well as vandalism among juniors and its prevention and responsibility for knowingly false call of special services, according to part 1 of article 438 of the administrative Code.
