Graduates of special initial training courses

According to the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2018, No. 14 “On the approval of the schedule for special initial training, advanced training and retraining for 2018” in Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, from January 22 to  April 21, 2018, trainees for junior and rank-and-file commanders of internal affairs bodies received special initial training courses. In total 72 students arrived and finished courses.

According to the training program approved by the Department of Personnel Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the students mastered 10 basic disciplines and 3 electives.

  For the practical orientation of the process, the students were trained in the Aktyubinsk Center of Forensic Medical Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (morgue) for the “Criminalistics”  discipline, in the Center for Operational Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktyubinsk Region for the “Special Technology” discipline, in the  police sites for the Professional Training discipline.

In accordance with the plan, for the “Fire training” discipline practical shooting with the students of special initial training courses was conducted at the firing shield from the 9-mm Makarov pistol and from Kalashnikov rifle. To ensure the safety, the relevant requirements, instructions and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan were communicated, as well as pre-qualification examinations and testing with a psychologist.

On April 18, 2018, for the students of special initial training (patrol service) the practical trainings were conducted during after-hours by the police lieutenant Khamitov N, the inspector of the traffic police service of Astana city, who passed the refresher cources at the institute.

For the spiritual, moral and military and patriotic education, the curators with the students of special initial training visited the Lokomotiv cinema, the regional memorial museum of the hero of the Soviet Union named after A.Maldagulova, the alley of heroes, and the T.Akhtanov Regional Drama Theater.

After the completion of special initial training courses, a questionnaire was conducted by the psychologist Islyamgaleeva M. to improve the quality of knowledge and to prevent violations of service and military discipline.

After the completion of the special initial training courses, certificates were given to all the students on behalf of the head of the institute, as well as letters of gratitude for active participation in the social life of the institute.
