On April 6, 2018, on the basis of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. an international scientific and theoretical conference for cadets (students), undergraduates, adjuncts and doctoral candidates on the topic “Actual problems of modern science” took place in the light of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution”, dedicated to the Day of Science.
The purpose of the conference was to create conditions for the participants of the conference to discuss the current problems in the field of law at the professional level, as well as to stimulate research capabilities, to discuss in full the directions for improving legislation and exchange scientific results of research and international experience.
The conference was attended by students of the Orenburg State University, Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, cadets of the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Kostanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after S. Kabylbaev, the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov, the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beysenov, Military Institute of the Air Defense Force. Twice Hero of the Soviet Union T.Ya. Bigeldinov, Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RK named after M. Bukenbaev, as well as adjuncts of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia – senior police lieutenant T. Lugovenko. and the police captain Khomutov M.V.
205 reports were announced at the conference. The plenary session included 11 speakers and was held jointly with the Rostov Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia on-line with presentations of scientific projects, advanced developments in fundamental and applied science research in the field of law.
The moderators of the plenary session were Deputy Head of the Institute for Scientific Work, Ph.D., Lieutenant Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna and the chairman of the cadet scientific society, cadet 1 “B” course, the rank and file police Yerkebulanov Akan Askarovich.
Throughout the conference there was a friendly working, business atmosphere, where a “free microphone” worked so that each participant could speak and ask questions. The work of the plenary session began at 10:00 and ended at 13:20.
Also, it should be noted that, thanks to the personal interest and responsibility of each participant, the work of the sections was held at a high scientific level. The reports presented by the participants were accompanied by slides and were of practical practical nature. For each section proposals were made, recommendations, indicating new approaches and ways to solve certain problems.
At the end of the plenary session, the moderators of the sections made presentations on their work and presented nominations for nominations.
Thus, according to the section “Actual issues of administrative law and administrative activity”, the report of the 2nd year students of the Zhubanov ARSU – N. Zhumabayeva and A. Akhmetov was recognized as the best report. In the section “Problems and Prospects for Improving Criminal, Penal and Executive Legislation and Criminology,” the report of the adjunct of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, the police captain Khomutov, MV, was the best report. According to the section “Actual questions on the problems of investigation and investigation of crimes”, the report of the fourth year student of the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the ordinary police of A.Aubakirova was recognized as the best report. According to the section “General theoretical bases of state legal and civil-legal development”, the report of the third-year student of the Aktobe Military Institute of the Air Force Defense Forces named the best report. T.Ya. Bigel’dinova Marden M. According to the section “Psychological and pedagogical foundations and special training”, the report of the 2nd year student of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was named the best report. M.Esbolatova Duysenbay A.
According to the plenary session, the reports of cadet 1B of the course of the AJI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev Kenebai T.B, the third-year cadet of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev Jardemova T., third-year cadet of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov Nurmaganbetova D.D.
As a result of this event, deputy head of the institute for scientific work, candidate of jurisprudence, lieutenant colonel of police Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna and chairman of the cadet scientific society of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, cadet 1 B course, private police Yerkebulanov E.A. noted the successful fruitful work of the conference and wished good luck. At the end of the event, the participants of the conference were awarded diplomas, certificates and memorable gifts.
