May 20, 2019 on the channel «Aktobe-Kazakhstan» was held an interview for the broadcast «For string Message» with the acting head of the Department of General legal disciplines of Aktobe law Institute of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, PhD in Law, police Colonel Ibraeva Aigul Kasymbekovna and Professor of administrative law and administrative activities of IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bokenbaev, PhD, police Major Utegenov Chingiz Kuanyshbekovich on the Message of the first President N.Nazarbayev «Growth of welfare of Kazakhstan Citizens: increase of income and quality of life», where, in particular, issues related to the adopted «Road map on modernization of internal affairs bodies» were highlighted. As well as during the interview were discussed such topics as: optimization of organizational structure and its necessity, relevance at the present stage; optimization of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through their reorganization into 5 modern police academies; modern formats of work with the population, i.e. a new format of the police at the present stage, what should be a police officer. They also touched upon the place and role of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev in the system of educational institutions for training new format, which highlighted the order of admission, the learning process, the psychological climate among students and students in the new format and other issues of interest.
