On August 05, 2019 Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activities of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Police Colonel A. Makhmutov was held а lecture on the subject of “Jurisdiction in the application of administrative penalties in the field of wildlife legislation, animal hunting and illegal fishing” with the participation of representatives of the environmental police of the Ministry of Railways of the Aktobe region and the territorial forestry and wildlife inspectorate for employees of the inspection staff of the Aktobe regional branch of the State Pedagogical University “Okhotzooprom ”with media coverage: on the Khabar-24 TV channel.

The lecture presented specific measures for the prevention of detection and suppression of offenses in the field of environmental protection.

The jurisdiction of imposing administrative penalties of state bodies and officials in the field of environmental protection was also explained.
