President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokaev supported the initiative expressed during the forum to declare 2020 the Year of volunteers. In Aktobe, the initiator of this movement was Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov with the support of the project office «Aktobe – adaldyk alany» of the Department for combating corruption in the Aktobe region.

October 18, 2019 cadets of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev also took an active part in the project «Accelerator of kindness», as this measure contributes to the development of the youth a sense of social responsibility, solidarity, mutual aid and mercy in society.

The event was also attended by representatives of local Executive bodies, the youth wing of «Zhas Otan», the leadership of higher and secondary special educational institutions.
