 On August 1, 2019, in pursuance of the FAaAED plan on attracting practitioners for the 2018-2019 academic year for a course of special initial training for interns as middle-level officers of the Department of Internal Affairs, the teacher of the department of educational disciplines, police captain Smagulova Sh.U. a practical lesson was held in the discipline “Record Keeping” on the topic “Information and Reference Documents” with the involvement of the chief specialist of the documentation support department of the Probation Department of Aktobe Jantleuova Z.M.

The purpose of the lesson is to familiarize yourself with the rules of work of the Unified Electronic Document Management System, as well as to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, its delivery to its destination, control over the timing of execution of documents, their proper execution, control over the correct formation, storage and timely delivery of files to the archive, the formation of cases and their storage.

 During the conversation, students actively participated, asking questions and receiving answers about the workflow activities of the probation service as a whole.

The occupation was interesting and informative to both the listeners and the probation officer.
