Senior lecturer of the Department of intelligence operations of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan .named after M. Bukenbaev, police Lieutenant Colonel Zh.A.Ayupov within a group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan carried out a business trip to the Department of counter-terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Ankara city) for training in the courses «Suicide Attacks and preventive strategies», which took place from 3 to 7 December 2018.
Classes were held at the Academy of antiterror, which is located in the building of the General Directorate of security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey. In addition, it conducted field classes at the Center for the study and deactivation of explosives and in Canine centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey.
In the course of the training, the structure of law enforcement performing the fight against terrorism; the reasons for the Commission of self explosive demolition by terrorists; Turkish legislation on counter-terrorism; types of explosions and explosive devices, methods of training by terrorists of persons, realizing self explosive demolition; types of terrorist movements in Turkey (with a detailed description of each type), prophylaxis of terrorism was studied.
