November 16, 2018 on the eve of the international day of students in the Palace of students of Aktobe regional University.K. Zhubanov for the first time passed the festival of student song “Sing guitar – 2018”. The festival, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the capital Astana in the framework of the program of the President of Kazakhstan “Spiritual renewal”, was attended by students of higher educational institutions of Aktobe city.
The objectives of the event are: the development of the genre of student songs, the exchange of experience among the higher educational institutions of the city in the genre of student songs, the development of the ideas of internationalism, friendship, cultural enrichment and education of youth in moral and spiritual principles.
From Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.M. Bokenbaev took part cadets of 1 course Kovaleva A., Aidoskyzy N. and Akhmetzhan S., cadets of 2 “A” course Toleugaliev A., Tlepov B. and cadet of 2 “B” course Narynbai B.
According to the results of the festival in the category “Patriotic songs” was recognized as the best cadet of 2 “B” course Narynbai B., in the category “Retro songs” was the best cadet of 1 “A” course Aidoskyzy N.
Young musicians were evaluated by members of the jury, which included: head of the center of youth resources of Aktobe, winner of the SYP “Daryn” Tabylganov Zhandos; Director of the Department of social Affairs and youth policy of the K. Zhubanov University Satybaldina Karlygash; inspector on educational work of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.M. Bukenbayev, police captain Muhangaliyeva Zarina; specialist of Department of youth policy WKSMU named after Marat Smagulova Akmaral. All members of the jury were awarded  grateful letters on from the rector of ARSU.K. Zhubanov B. Erdembekov for the work done in the organization of the festival.
The winners were awarded with diplomas, and the sponsors of the festival Public Association “my choice – Aktobe” And the regional Department of youth policy gave them gifts. The other participants of the festival were not left without attention. They were awarded grateful letters for their active participation.
