In Karaganda Academy of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beisenova from 3 to 5 October 2018 carried out training workshop on theme: «Police response on facts of gender based violence taking into account international practice», where took part employees of Aktobe Law Institute of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev. In the function of trainer—director of administrative law and administrative activity department of Department of Internal Affairs, Police Major E.K.Balimov., in the function of listeners— faculty instructor of administrative law and administrative activity of Department of Internal Affairs, Police Major S.R.Kalipova and faculty instructor of criminal process and criminalistics, police major A.S.Taishybaeva.
In the course of training workshop by experience of employees response of the Republic of Korea for information of sexual violence and scheme of its activities were carried out activities of comparison of police employees of the Republic of Korea and Republic of Kazakhstan.
Additionally meeting were held with psychologists, representatives of emergency response centers, representatives of medico-legal and law psych psychiatrics inspection for the purpose of detection of errors, which admit police personnel when performing pre-trial investigation of sexual crime, and were itemized improving proposals of standard operating procedures with sacrifices of sexual violence, from the time of news about sexual violence receipt, and realization of pre-trial investigation.
Through the program of cultured moral education a departure to village Dolinka was carried out situated in Karaganda region-Karlag for people who have been exposed to political repression over the 1937 to 1960.
