Within weeks of the Department of General disciplines of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev November 8, 2019 was organized and held a training seminar «Improving management in IAB» for heads of departments of the Institute. The purpose of the seminar-training was to form an idea about the possibility of using knowledge in psychology in the management activities of heads of IAB.

During the seminar-training senior lecturer of the Department, police Major Zh. A. Zhukaeva reported on the amount of work performed on the search topic «Improvement of management activities in IAB». 

Police Colonel A. F.Sattarova revealed to the participants the content of the topic «Management styles of the service team», that the study of the role of the head in the organization of any activity is one of the significant problems in the science of management. It is from this person, his professional and other knowledge, skills and abilities largely depends on the effectiveness of the unit at any level.

Police Colonel Zh. M. Yesmambetova drew the attention of managers on adherence to literary norms – as a basis of management activities. Participants of the seminar were offered a number of exercises.

Next, police Major Zh. A. Zhukaeva with the participants of the seminar-training was held a group discussion «Requires a police officer», the task of which was to compile a psychological portrait of an effective employee and the analysis of professionally important qualities.

Police Colonel A. F.Sattarova conducted the final training «Masha and the bear», the purpose of which was to show how in some situations and for what reason there is a distortion of information.

During the training seminar, all theoretical material was accompanied by training exercises. The event was rich, heads of departments, departments of the Institute were given recommendations for constructive resolution of conflict situations.
