According to  plan of the main  events of  Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, on September 5, 2018, Learning and teaching training  “Quality of knowledge – dictates of the present time” was held at the international level, where  the faculty of Rostov Institute of Law of the Interior Ministry of  Russia, Karaganda academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beisenova  and the faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of  Kazakhstan  named after M.Bukenbaev took part.

The collection took place in the study room of the Institute’s educational and methodological board from 16:00 to 17:30 in the online mode. The opening of this event began with a welcoming speech by the Deputy Head of the institute, Police Colonel G.ZH.Suleimanova . A welcoming speech was made by the Deputy Head of the training work of the Rostov Institute of Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Police Colonel A.I. Mitin and the Head of the educational and methodical department of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beisenov, Police Colonel K.N.Kapenov

The reports were made by: R.A.Lubski, Senior lecturer of the Criminal Procedure Department, Candidate of Juridical Sciences senior lecturer, Lieutenant Colonel A.Yu.Miroshnichenko., from the Rostov Institute of Law of the Interior Ministry of Russia, Faculty instructor of criminalistics and intelligence operations Candidate of Juridical Sciences Police Major N.N.Tkachenko.; from  Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan ,- Faculty instructors  of the  detective process, Police Major M.S.Smakhanov and Police Captain D.S.Kempirov.; Faculty members of the institute, -Head of general education disciplines department, Candidate of pedagogical sciences, Police Colonel  A.F.Sattarova and Senior lecturer of the same department, Police Major Zh.A.Zhukaeva., and also Senior lecturer  of the intelligence department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Zh.A.Aupov.; Faculty instructor of the detective process and criminalistics department, Police Lieutenant Colonel E.A.Tserkovnova.

During the speech, questions regarding teaching methods, on practice-oriented training of cadets and listeners, were asked and others, which took place in a lively conversation,

In the final part of the meeting, suggestions were made to improve the teaching and methodological work that will be included in the collection «The quality of knowledge dictates of the present time”.
