October 22, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held jointly with the Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia international scientific-practical conference « Legal basis for the use by the police of Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan measures of direct coercion» (via videoconference).
With a welcoming speech from the Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia, the Deputy head of the Academy on scientific work, doctor of Juridical Sciences, Professor, police Colonel M. V. Bavsun, and from Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev — the Deputy chief of Institute on scientific work, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova.
In this event, reports were made from the Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia — Head of the Department of fire training, police Lieutenant Colonel D. V.Pivovarov «Training of police officers to actions related to the use of firearms», Deputy head of the Department of internal affairs in special conditions, police Colonel A.M.Baranov «Features of documenting the facts of the use of physical force, special means and firearms», associate Professor of the Department of internal affairs in special conditions, police senior Lieutenant M. A. Ogorodnikov «Actual problems of preparation of officers of law-enforcement bodies to interaction at application of physical force», the associate Professor of chair of fire training, police Lieutenant Colonel of E. V.Zaitseva «Right to use of the weapon as an element of ensuring personal safety of the police officer». From Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev made reports — Head of the Department of organization of research and editorial and publishing work, police Lieutenant Colonel A. K. Karimbaeva «Legal bases of use by employees of firearms and other weapons, special means and physical force», chief specialist of the Department of organization of research and editorial and publishing work, police Captain D.K. Karatikenova «Prohibitions and restrictions related to the use of special means and firearms», teacher-methodologist of the Department of monitoring and quality control of education, police senior Lieutenant G. A.Baikunakova «Foreign experience in the use of special means and firearms and the possibility of its use in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and situations, showed sincere interest in the topic.
At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up, proposals for further holding such events were made.
