December 14, 2018 in Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Voronezh city) was held a ceremonial event dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, where took part Deputy Director of Aktobe Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev Institute for academic affairs, police Colonel Galiya Zhanabekovna Suleimanova and Head of scientific-research organization and editing and publishing operations department, police Lieutenant Colonel Aislu Kairlaevna Karimbaeva.
The ceremonial event started with a concert program dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Then there was the opening official ceremony of the international center of the Institute, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian police and the 40th anniversary of the Institute, where took part the Head of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, police Major General Nakhimov Alexander Pavlovich, head of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus police Major General Vladimir Vladimirovich Bachila, Deputy director of the Aktobe Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev of the Institute for academic affairs, police Colonel Galiya Zhanabekovna Suleimanova, Deputy Commandant of the Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus police Lieutenant Colonel Yurii Petrovich Shkaplerov and Head of scientific-research organization and editing and publishing operations department, police Lieutenant Colonel Aislu Kairlaevna Karimbaeva.
Further there was a meeting with management of Voronezh Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia with representatives of our Institute. There was an exchange of presentation materials, demonstration of educational and material resources of the Institute, a sight-seeing tour  «Evening Voronezh», and a visit to the country training base.
The next day there was an excursion to the Palace complex of Oldenburg in the village of Ramon.
