On the online communication of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Criminal Process of Post-Soviet States: Traditions, Current State, Prospects for Development” with the Rostov Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

         On November 23, 2017, the faculty of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, as well as the staff of the DOREPW of the Aktobe  Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Criminal Process of Post-Soviet States: Traditions, Current Status, Development Prospects “In online mode, the organizer of which was the Rostov Institute of Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The event was also attended by representatives of the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Don State Technical University, the Southern Federal University, the Rostov State Economic University, the Rostov branch of the Russian State University of Justice, the Rostov Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and law enforcement agencies – the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the Rostov region, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal Mr. District Chamber of Attorneys of the Rostov region.

         The Deputy Head of the Aktobe Juridical  Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev, Candidate of Sciences (Law), Lieutenant Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna, addressed the participants and organizers of the conference and thanked for the invitation in the work of this event devoted to the current state and prospects for development criminal procedure legislation, and also expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation in scientific and educational activities.

         In the course of the plenary session, a special interest and stormy discussion was aroused by the reports of the professor of the Department for Countering Illicit Drug Trafficking of the International Interdepartmental Center for the Training of Operational Units. lieutenant general of militia Sergeeva A.N All-Russian Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Grigoriev V.N, Vice-President of the Bar of the Rostov Region, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Baranov AD, Associate Professor of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of the Southern Federal University, Lutsenko O.A.

         Also, reports were made by the staff of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of the Aktobe  Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev – Lieutenant Colonel N. Chuprynjuk, Police Major A.A. Taishybayeva, Major Minaidarova S.M. and the police captain Balymov E.K. Their speeches became the subject of active discussion, in which the head of the Criminal Law and Criminalistics Department, Colonel of Police Igolnikov A.G. took an active part. Also within the framework of the plenary session, an analysis was carried out on the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation and raised questions on the improvement of the CPC of both states.

         Organizers of this international conference in the person of Alexei Yuryevich Terekhov, deputy head of the Rostov Institute of Law of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, Ph.D. in Law, the head of the Department of Criminalistics and Operative Investigation, Doctor of Law, Professor, Colonel Vardanyan Akop Varazdatovich, was given a high evaluation of the participants of the conference, were expressed words of gratitude for active participation and for informative reports.
