International scientific-practical conference « Actual problems of migration processes” with Rostov law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

On May 23 this year, the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international scientific-practical conference «Actual problems of migration processes», organized by the Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the department of immigration control of the department of migration of the department of the MIA of Russia for the Rostov region, the St. Petersburg University of the MIA of Russia, the Rostov branch of the Russian Customs Academy, the Belgorod Law Institute of the MIA of Russia after I.DPutilina. Almaty academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov, the Rostov branch of the Russian State University of Justice also attended the conference.

The opening of the conference began with the welcoming speech of the deputy head of the Rostov Law Institute of the MIA of Russia (for scientific work), candidate of law, associate professor Pakhomov Sergey Valerievich, who emphasized close cooperation with Aktobe Law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. The head of the OSRaEPW department, police Lieutenant colonel Karimbaeva Aislu Kairlaevna made a welcoming speech from the Institute.At the plenary meeting, a lecture was made by the senior lecturer of the department of general legal disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Lieutenant colonel Salauatov Maksat Salauatovich on the topic «Migration of the population as a legal category».

Also at this conference were addressed such issues as: real and potential migration opportunities and risks; topical issues of immigration control theory and practice; mechanism for ensuring the selectivity of migration in the Russian Federation: myths and reality; features of administrative and legal delicts in the field of customs at the Russian-Ukrainian border;problematic issues of forced expulsion of a foreign citizen outside the Russian Federation; regulation of labor migration as one of the directions for the implementation of the migration policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; migration as an institution of modern public administration; jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and the system of sources of migration law; international standards as a basis for immigration policy; population migration: concepts and types.
