From March 20 to 21, 2018, in the Aktobe  Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, in the framework of international cooperation, the head of the Department of Operational Investigative Activity of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, Ph.D., Colonel of Police Safronov A.A, was interned and the head of the Department of Physical Training of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, Ph.D., Colonel of Police Mednikov Andrei Borisovich.

During the meeting, Colonel of Police AA Safronov. in conjunction with the Department of Operational Investigative Activities, a lecture was held on the discipline “Operational Investigative Activities” on the topic “Disclosure of Robberies and Robbery Attacks against Individuals” (not secret) for cadets of the 103th Training Group 1 B course. With the teaching staff of the department were also discussed questions on the topic of the research “Improving the content of training in operational search activities in the study of major religious trends.” The lectures were delivered by the teachers of the Department of the Ordnance – Major of Police Zhumagazin E.M. on the topic: “The main forms of terrorism and religious extremism at the present stage” and the police captain Baigazin A.S. on the topic: “Current trends in the spread of the emergence of terrorism and religious extremism”, where questions were raised about the methods of conducting lecture, seminar and practical classes. The discussion was unclassified. Head of the Department of the Ordnance Department of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, Colonel of Police Safronov A.A held a master class, presenting the methodology for conducting classes on the discipline “Operational-search activity”, showing short video films with the cadets of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the disclosure and detention of armed criminals.

On the physical training discipline, a practical lesson was held on the topic “Detention of offenders”, where Colonel of Police Mednikov A.B. with the cadets of 104 and 105 training groups, the methods of detention and escort were worked out. After the training, the staff led by the deputy head of the Department of Military and Physical Training, Colonel of Police Umbetbayev K.D exchanged opinions with the guest, discussed actual problems and situations, showed sincere interest in preparing future employees and exchanged memorable gifts and literature.

The guests were introduced to the institute, namely the visit to the museum, the forensic testing range, the departments and barracks of the Institute, and the guests took part in a bright concert program organized as part of the Nauryz-Meiramy celebration, which showed the customs and traditions of the Kazakh people. Upon completion of the internship, an excursion around the city of Aktobe was organized.
