Holding an international scientific and practical conference online with the Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

March 28, 2019 the international scientific and practical conference «Extremism — new challenges to regional security» was held online with the Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. This event was attended by officers of the Barnaul law Institute of the MIA of Russia, Kostanay Academy of the MIA of RK named after Sh. Kabylbayev, Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus, Almaty Academy of the MIA of RK named after M. Esbulatov and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.

The opening ceremony began with a welcome speech from Barnaul law Institute of the MIA of Russia — Deputy chief of the Barnaul law Institute of the MIA of Russia (for academic affairs), doctor of juridical sciences, associated Professor, police Colonel Anokhin Yury Vassil’evich, and from Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev — head of the Department of organization of scientific-research and editorial-publishing work, master of Law, police Lieutenant Colonel Karimbaeva Aislu Kairlaevna. From our Institute with a presentation discoursed lecturer of the department of  operational-investigative activity of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev, master of Law, police Major Baigazin Askar Syrlybaevich on the topic «Topical issues of prevention of religious extremism among youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Members of the working group on the scientific research topic «Religion and security» were also present and participated in the discussion.

The conference ended with a summary. Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia expressed their gratitude for the participation and cooperation.
