February 15, 2019 Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev carried out together with Omsk academy of the Interior Ministry of Russia «Administratively-legal and information-technology aspects of safety precautions of road traffic in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan» (in the format of video conference).
A welcoming speech from the Omsk Academy of the Interior Ministry of Russia was made by the chief deputy of the Academy for academic affairs, doctor of law, professor, police colonel M. V. Bavsun, and from the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev — the chief deputy of Institute for academic affairs, candidate of juridical sciences, police lieutenant colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova.
In this event with reports appeared from the Omsk academy of the Interior Ministry of Russia— faculty instructor of information technology in the activity of law enforcement agencies, police major A.B.Kurguzov «Special aspects of registration in information systems of road traffic incidents», faculty instructor of administrative law and administrative activity  in the activity of law enforcement agencies, police major I.B.Bokova «Problems arising in the work with federal information system State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate in the prosecution of administrative legislation» and associate professor of the Department of administrative law and administrative activity of the activity of law enforcement agencies, candidate of juridical sciences, police colonel Y.V.Klimovich «Fundamental legal principles for the provision of personal records by the registration units of the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Interior Ministry of Russia». From Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev with reports appeared —faculty instructor of the Department of administrative law and administrative activity of the DIA, police major D.R.Myrzabaeva «Competence of Police Highway Patrol on execution of administrative supervision in the area of safety precautions in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and faculty instructor of the Department of military and physical training, police captain Zh.K.Kairbaev

The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and situations, and expressed sincere interest in the topic.
At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up, proposals were expressed for the further holding of such events.
