June 22, 2019 in celebration of the 27th anniversary of the Day of the Kazakh police Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev in secondary school №1 of Aktobe city held the opening of the «Class of military training» named after police captain R. B.Kenzhalin— officer of the DIA of Aktobe region,who died in the line of duty, a graduate of the school and Aktobe law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.

July 29, 2011 police officer of the Department for combating extremism of DIA of Aktobe region, police captain Kenzhalin Rustem Bulatovich together with police officers, carrying out the capture of armed criminals hiding in one of the houses of the horticultural team «Zhanazhol» village Kyzylzhar of Aktobe city, was fatally injured.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. B. Kenzhalin was awarded the order «Aybin» II degree (posthumously). In the class name of the captain of police R. B. Kenzhalina with the new school year will begin to study children, as Rustem once studied.. A vivid example of courage and bravery for the younger generation, who in the future will want to join the ranks of the police to protect the rights and interests of citizens of Aktobe city.

At the end of the opening of «Class of military training» the Head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel A. M. Saitbekov gave the address the letter of thanks of administration of school №1 in Aktobe on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, General-Lieutenant of police E. Z.Turgumbaev.
