July 11, 2019 according to the plan to attract practitioners to conduct training sessions, a practical lesson on the discipline «Professional training» was held in the 6th platoon at the Faculty of professional and additional education of the Institute, with the participation of the battalion commander of the patrol police оf police management of Aktobe city, senior police Lieutenant B. E. Musin and the battalion commander of the patrol police of Aktobe city, police Lieutenant A. S. Ibraeva.
During the lesson, the commanders shared practical experience with the listeners and acquainted with the rules of the patrol police work on the protection of public order. They focused the attention of students on the composing of protocols on administrative offenses in electronic format, which are issued in the unified register of administrative offenses. Each member of the patrol police to enter the program has its own individual password. The device is connected online to the Unified register of administrative offenses and other databases of the internal affairs bodies.
During the classes B. E.Musin, and S. A. Ibrayev gave examples of tactical actions of the patrol police in various situations, and also talked about the means of video – recorder on the patrol car or portable recorder — «videogame» and explained how to operate these systems. Also demonstrated how to stop the transport, talking to participants of traffic, to make the Protocol – all the officers of the patrol police should only do so in the area of video devices. In the final part of the practical training, the commanders of the patrol police battalion answered the questions of the participants concerning the protection of public order and security of citizens.
