February 5, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the research-to-practice conference «Police and society: challenges and opportunities of cooperation»held on the initiative of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
During the preparation for the conference, a special program was developed and approved by the head of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, police major -general Nakhimov and acting head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova.
The conference was held in online mode with participation of higher-education teaching personnel, adjuncts, students and cadets of Voronezh Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia, Karaganda Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus, Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the Moscow University of the Interior Ministry of Russia named after V. Ya. Kikotya, Saint-Petersburg University of the Interior Ministry of Russia, Academy of Management of the Interior Ministry of Russia.
An opening speech before starting the conference was made by the Deputy Head of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for academic affairs, Doctor of Engineering Science, professor, police colonel O. I. Bokova, assistant chief of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for international cooperation, Doctor of Science, police lieutenant colonel Y.A.Pastushkova, Deputy head of the Department of administrative activity of the Voronezh Institute of the DIAof the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Candidate of pedagogic sciences, police colonel O.I.Kopytina, deputy director of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova and the head of a department of scientific-research and editing and publishing operations, police lieutenant colonel A. K. Karimbaeva.
During the conference, about 18 reports on problematic issues of the police and society were announced. Part of the conference program was the report of the senior lecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative activitiy of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police colonel M. O. Izbasova, who touched upon topical issues in the activities of local police inspectors concerning the implementation of unusual fictions, irregular working hours, not staffing of the staffing positions of the PDO, etc.
At the end of the event, all participants thanked each other and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
