On October 23-24, 2019 on the territory of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, a training on international standards of law enforcement activities for patrol police officers of city and district police departments was held.

The training was conducted by Bulanikli Halit — regional delegate of the international Committee of the red cross for work with police and security forces (Ankara, Republic of Turkey), as well as regional representative of the International Committee of the red cross in Central Asia Mukhitdinova Zarifa (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan), responsible for the program.

The training covered the following topics: «Mandate and activities of the ICRC», «Police Ethics», «Principles of P. L. A. N. (Proportionallty. Legallty. Accountability and Necesalty)» «Principles of P. L. A. N. (Proportionallty. Legallty. Accountability and Necesalty / Proportionality. Legality. Responsibility and necessity)», «Search and arrest», «Arrest and judicial guarantees», «Study and discussion of the example».

In addition, the Director of the Aktobe regional red Crescent society of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uderbai Nurlan Mergalievich delivered a lecture on «Activities of the Aktobe regional red Crescent Society» and «Principles of the red Crescent and red cross society».

At the end, the students from among the patrol police officers were awarded certificates for active participation in the training.
