Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev takes certain measures to implement the main priorities outlined in the Roadmap for the implementation of the third area, devoted to practice-oriented training for students of the institute.
July 19, 2019 Professor of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of the Department of Internal Affairs, police Major Utegenov Ch.K. a practical lesson was held for students of special initial training of the faculty of professional and additional education on the topic “Forms of traffic regulation: traffic signals and traffic controller”, with the participation of inspectors of the battalion of the patrol police of Aktobe, police Lieutenant Zh.D. Kaliev and senior police sergeant A.K.Kudaibergenov.
The purpose of this event is to directly familiarize students with the practical activities of the patrol police, increase the level of practice-oriented training and the formation of professional competencies.
During the lesson Zh.D. Kaliev and A.K.Kudaibergenov, using a simulated autopolygon, clearly demonstrated to the audience the traffic controller’s signals stipulated in clause 5.10 of the “Rules of the road” of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “Hands extended or lowered”, “Right hand extended forward”, “Hand raised up” and explained their meanings.
In addition, officers of the patrol police battalion shared practical experience in ensuring the protection of public order and the safety of citizens, acquainted them with the procedure and features of compiling protocols on administrative offenses in electronic format, and also explained the operation of the Unified Register of Administrative Offenses.
In the final part of the practical lesson, the students asked interesting questions on the topic of the lesson, to which they received comprehensive answers.
