     On Octobe11, 12, of the current year within the walls of Nazarbayev University conducted a conference of Registrar’s Office, dedicated to issues of improvement in quality of service, optimization and automation of Registrar’s Office, where took part 250 participants among 30 Universities of Kazakhstan, and as well as employee of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, teacher trainer of teacher resource center, Police Major D.S.Mukanova.
     During two days of conference there were conducted plenary and thematic sessions, round table discussions and discussions.
     Aim of conference –creation of united platform for communications and sharing experiences of Officers employees, control of Registrar’s Office, arrangement and planning of timetable in online mode, Action Data Automation and programme PLATONUS.In opening of a conference an opening speech was made by the Chief Executive of Nazarbayev University Shigeo Katsu and vice-president on students business and international cooperation Kadisha Dairova.
     Conference consists of 5 thematic sessions, each session devided into different topics. Organizers conducted an excursion along territory of University,
classrooms, library and campus.
     In conclusion of conference Vice- provost on academic questions Lorreta O Deniel summarized and presented certificates.
