February 20, 2020, the head of the Department «Organization of safety on objects of transport» of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev police Colonel Zh. A. Ayupov at the invitation of the administration of the «Special kindergarten «Akbota» for children with severe visual and speech disorders took part in the parent conference on the topic «On the threshold of school».

During the above-mentioned event, he gave information about the need to comply with traffic rules, to prevent road accidents involving young pedestrians, since the child is the most unprotected road user.

The purpose of this event was to draw special attention of parents to the behavior of children on the streets, about the need to cross the road only at pedestrian crossings, because many road accidents that occurred with the participation of minors are the result of non-compliance with traffic rules.
