November 15, 2018 in Aktobe international state university named after K.Zhubanov held an international roundtable discussion on theme «Nursultan Nazarbayev – founder of Kazakhstani model of state construction» in framework of portable project implementation of the First President’s library of the Republic of Kazakhstan – founder of Kazakhstani model of state construction» – Yelbasy «N.Nazarbayev: epoch, personality, society».
In work of roundtable discussion took part doctors, professors, Candidates of Sciences of West region of the country. From Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev took part —the Head of Institute, Candidate of Juridical Sciences., police Colonel S.I.Karakushev., head of educational work of Institute, police Lieutenant Colonel Zh.Zh.Zhasgasbai., and cadets of cadet’s scientific society.
