FOREVER IN THE RANKS…
On behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs, police major General Yerlan Turgumbayev, on April 5, 2019, in the secondary school of Karabastau village, Zhanabazar settlement, Kazygurt district of Turkestan region, a class of initial military training named after police Lieutenant Rakhmatullayev Meyrambek Nurdillaevich, who died heroically in the line of duty during the terrorist act in Almaty in July 2016, was opened.
The feat of our colleague is marked by the Minister of Internal Affairs as a symbol of fidelity to a duty, courage of defenders of a law and order, an example for present police officers.
The initiative to open this class in tribute to their graduate Rakhmetullayev Meyrambek was shown by Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, in order to teach the younger generation of Patriotic attitude to the Homeland.
The question of giving the name of the deceased officer was supported by akim of Aktobe region Ondasyn Orazalin, who was sent a petition for the opening a class in the small Homeland of the hero.
This initiative was enthusiastically supported by the leadership of the high school Karabastau, in this connection, we express our gratitude to the principal of the high school Tuleshova Gulmira Esengeldievna for the opportunity to perpetuate the memory of our colleague.
Rahmatullaev Meirambek since childhood dreamed of becoming a police officer, with all of his heart felt the purpose in the service to his Motherland, to the people, to the country. Therefore, after graduation, he continued his study at the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, and at the morrow of the University he was sent for further service in the police Department of Almaty, where skilfully applied the received knowledge and acquired skills. During the tragic events, despite his age and short period of service in the Internal Affairs bodies, the young officer did not doubt and sacrificed his life for the sake of many people.
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2016 No. 382 police Lieutenant Rakhmatullaev Meirambek Nurdillaevich posthumously awarded the order «Aibyn II degree».
The name of our hero is one of the countless examples of heroism, courage and dedication shown daily by the police in the fight against crime for the sake of peace of our citizens.
We express our gratitude to the parents of Rakhmatullayev Meirambek Nurdillayevich for raising a worthy son who, without fear of danger, at the cost of his own life provided peace and security of citizens.
