On 23rd of May 2018 according to objective work problem of protocol implementation about cooperation in area of educational and scientific activity, as well as part of combined topic of scientific research between federal National State Institution of learning of higher education. «Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation » and Republican state enterprise «Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev» carried out round table discussion on theme «Usage of positive experience implementation of criminal-remedial norms in legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan ».
With welcoming speech appeared the head of scientific research organization and editing and publishing operations department of Aktobe Law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police lieutenant colonel Aislu Kairlaevna Karimbaeva and temporarily in charge of the head of criminal process department of Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police lieutenant colonel Nikolai Sergeevich Didenko.
In work of roundtable discussion took part teaching staff of criminal process and criminalistics department of Aktobe Law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, moderator of which appeared the head of criminal process and criminalistics department, police colonel Alexandr Gennadievich Igolnikov.
Content of reports fully conform to topic, and subject matter of content was opened and alighted in full, lively conducted discussions of comparison between Russian federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On completing round table discussion temporarily in charge of the head of criminal process department of Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police lieutenant colonel Nikolai Sergeevich Didenko extended thanks towards Institute for close co-operation and further mutual understanding. With a particular focus on participation in research topic with the criminal process and criminalistics department in the name of the head police colonel A.G.Igolnikov., senior teachers’ police lieutenant colonel A.N.Chuprinuk and police Major A.S.Taishybaeva.
