   As part of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, 2019-the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of the city of Aktobe, in the gym of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev February 17, 2019 was held competition among  the non-permanent personnel. Cadets of 1 A, 1 B, 2 A courses participated in these competitions, among which places were distributed as follows:
   In the weight category of 55 kg: 1st place took the student of the 2 A course of  training group 205 Marat Zhanakaev, 2nd place took the student of 1 A course of training group 104 Timur Sailyauov, 3rd place took the  student of 2 A course of training group 203 Yernar Bisen.
   In the weight category 60 kg: 1st place took the cadet of 2A course of training group 205 Didar Pernebek, 2nd place took the cadet of 2A course of  training group 201 Adai Sabit, 3rd place took the cadet of 2A course  of  training group 203 Bekmurat Sebdenbek.
   In the weight category 65 kg: 1st place took the student of the 2A course of training group  203 Alibek Unaibaev, 2nd place took the student of 1A course of training group 102  Abzal Alimgali, 3rd place took the student of 1A course of training group  103Yeldos Pernebek.
   In the weight category to 70 kg: 1st place took the student of 1 course of training group 104 Alikhan Saimagambetov, 2nd place took the cadet of 2 A course of training group 202 Orak Tabyshev, 3rd place took the student of 2A course of training group 202 Aryn Nurakhym.
   In the weight category 75 kg: 1st place took the cadet of 2 A course of training group 201 Manas Kadyrov, 2nd place took the cadet of 2 A course of training group 203 Zangar Akimov.
   In the weight category to 80 kg: the 1st place took the student of 1 A course of  training group 105 Nurbergen Myrzaken, 2nd place took the student of 1A course of training  group 101 Yersultan Rafail.
   Participants of competitions were awarded with diplomas from the Head of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Aidar Mutalikovich Saitbekov.
