According to the work plan of the curator, the lecturer of the Department of professional and psychological training, police Major T.E. Bisenova, held a training on team building on February 22,2020 in order to optimize the moral and psychological climate with the students of the 13th platoon of special initial training.

The work carried out reflected the existing relationships in the group, the nature of business cooperation, and the attitude to significant phenomena of life.

Also, the participants discussed issues of compliance with the daily routine, the state of academic performance, and prevention of violations of military discipline. At the end of the curatorial hour, the girls organized a congratulation of the male half of the platoon with the presentation of memorable gifts. Thus, in the training group, conditions are created that allow to consolidate positive manifestations in the relationship between students.
