The 14th of March – Korisu holiday since ancient times was considered by the Kazakhs of the Western region the beginning of the new year. Korisu is one of the special customs of the Kazakh people, which is a symbol of spring renewal, celebration of love, fertility and friendship, respect for elders, care for loved ones it is also called Amal Ait). At this time, when the half starved patient struggle to the hardships of winter is over, every family is waiting for this holiday with impatience, preparing a richly furnished table. Definitely baked bauyrsaks and fill the table with delicious dishes. On this day people visit each other, at a meeting by all means shake hands and congratulate and speak «With last year!».
Upon an initiative of the head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich, the Institute celebrated this holiday. Everyone congratulated and hugged each other. Each Department prepared Nauryz Kozhe, covered the tables in the dining room of the Institute and treated each other.
The visitors were invited – the head of administration of Governor of Aktobe region Auelbaev Adilgerey Sagidullayevich, Chairman of the Association of non-governmental organizations in Aktobe region Egizbaeva Aigul Duysenovna, head of the youth resource center of Aktobe city Tabylganov Zhandos Mahmutovich, head of the Department of criminal law and criminology, police Colonel Seitenov Aslan, Zholashevich, which are then put the value of the best «Nauryz kozhe».
As a result of the competition, the 1st place was taken by the Department of Administrative law and administrative activity of IAB, the 2nd place – departments of personnel and educational work and the Department of planning, coordination and control, the 3rd place – the Department of General subjects. The head of the youth resource center of Aktobe city Tabylganov Zhandos Mahmutovich gave a special prize – a certificate to a beauty salon to Lieutenant Colonel of police, Nurysh Zina Zinelovna for a very tasty «Nauryz kozhe».
