In the period from 17 June to 22 June, 2019 lecturers of the Department of criminal process and criminology police Lieutenant Colonel M. S. Kumakbaeva, and lecturer of the Department of General disciplines, police Major S. A. Mendybaeva were trained at the career development courses which were held at the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov.
In the process of training, teachers got acquainted with the american teaching methodology «inverted class», the theory of the experiment of training, the rules of application of psychological techniques and arguments when working with students. We have learned new innovative methods of training in the form of business games and communicative management, management theory and practice. In addition, they acquired skills in computer programs «Presi.com» and «Moodel». Particular attention was paid to the methods and forms of training of students of special initial training courses on the new format of training of police and highly qualified specialists, in demand in the market and able to make decisions within professional competencies.
In addition, on 20 June 2019 took part in the online lectures conducted by a Professor of constitutional and international law of the Barnaul law Institute of the MIA of the Russian Federation, candidate of law A. G.Sorokina on the topic: «The methodology of the lecture classes».
June 21, 2019 was held a quest for students in the framework of the career development courses, aimed at eliminating the problems of teaching methods of cadets in the form of a game, solved many problems.
In addition, methodologists of the faculty of advanced training organized an excursion to the Museum of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, having a half-century history.
The training helped to improve the level of professional pedagogical competence, acquire new skills and broaden horizons. The teaching staff from among doctors and candidates of Sciences shared their practical experience and knowledge, which will be used in practice in the future.
