On November 6, 2019 according to the Plan of work of Department of General education disciplines on discipline «Psychology in activity of police officers of IAB» the lecturer of this Department, police major S. A. Mendybaeva held an open seminar on a subject «Psychology of professional communication and management of conflict situations in activity of IAB».

In the introductory part, the teacher acquainted with the topic of the lesson and the plan of its conduct, as well as explained to the cadets about the importance of the psychology of professional communication and conflict management in the activities of IAB.

During the seminar session S. A.Mendybaeva widely used interactive teaching methods, slides, cited examples from practice, were selected situational problems of different nature on the theoretical material. Students with interest answered questions and actively participated in the lesson.

The goals and objectives of the lesson were fully realized.

Fascinating and active style of work of the teacher helped the students to fully reveal their abilities. The open seminar session received positive feedback from the present faculty of the Institute. Colleagues expressed gratitude to the teacher for an interesting lesson and wished further creative success.
