March 28, 2018 to promote the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “New development opportunities in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution” scientific circle “CRIMINALIST” conducted an intellectual game “Leader of the XXI century.” The game was opened by the head of the department of the penal system of the Aktobe  region, the police colonel AkylzhanovErnatKenzhekhanovich. Next came the head of the institute, the police colonel Salimgerei Imangalievich Karakushev, he wished the participants good luck. The jury was attended by Deputy Chief of the Institute for Academic Affairs, Colonel of Police D.A.Dauletiyarov, Head of the CLand C Department, Colonel of Police A.S. Igolnikov and Deputy Chief of the Department Colonel of Police B.S.Esmaganbetov.

6 cadets of 1 course took part in the competition. The competition consisted of 4 rounds. 1 round “Baiga” – participants were asked light, medium and difficult 30 questions. 2 round “Polyglot” – participants had to guess the riddle and write the answer in three languages. As a result of the second round, 2 participants with the lowest scores were eliminated. 3 round was called “Choose an object and points”. Participants selected questions on subjects and points. After the third round, two more players left the game. The remaining two players continued the game in the final. They had to answer questions within 30 seconds.

As a result of the game, cadet 103 of the platoon Zhanbyrbai Islambek took 1st place, cadet 102 platoon AmanbaiKorkemai took 2nd place and participating cadets Zabihova Zarina, Zhaksylykova Ulbolsyn, Dauletbai Zhandos, Alipov Yerkebulan were awarded with certificates.
