27.02.2009 year within the program of international academic mobility on classes and exchange of experience in the field of education and science between the Orenburg State University and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, associated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law and constitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna for cadets of 104, 105 trainig groups of 1 course from 09:00 to 09:40 hours were held classes on the discipline «Law Enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on the theme «Activities of law enforcement and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen», which addressed the following 2 questions: 1) concept and essence of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen;2) the main features, objectives and directions of law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 09:50 to 10:30 o’clock was conducted a class for 102 training group of 1 «B» course on the subject «Civil procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on the theme «International process»,which addressed the following 2 questions:1) proceedings in civil cases with participation of foreign persons;2) jurisdictional immunity of a foreign state and its property.
From 10:40to 11: 20 o’clockwas held a lecture for 204, 205 training groups of 2 «А» course on the subject «Civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part)» on topic «Contract and gratuitous use of property (loan)»,which dealt with the following 3 issues: 1) the concept and types of contract; 2) elements of the contract; 3) the content of the contract.Gratuitous use of property (loan).
Lectures taught by associated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law and constitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna, were kept in a strict logical form and fully consistent with the work program of disciplines. The structure of the lectures is clear, during the lectures were considered all the issues on the topics. The time of lectures was distributed rationally. Elena Ivanovna is fluent in the scientific material, led the arguments in the proof of existing concepts, commented on examples from practice. The presentation of the lecture material was carried out with multimedia support in the form of electronic slides, in which the topics under consideration are clearly presented in the form of drawings, diagrams and graphs, which facilitated the perception and development of the newly studied material by the cadets. To clarify certain aspects of the lectures was used by the Board. The manner of the lecture was fascinating, lively, the culture of speech is quite high. During the presentation of the material by the lecturer throughout the lesson in order to establish feedback from the audience and consolidate the knowledge gained, attention was paid to the participation of cadets in the discussion of the issues under consideration.
