February 28, 2019 from 14.30 to16.00 o’clock in the framework of the program of international academic mobility about carrying out classes and exchange of experience in the field of education and science associated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law and constitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna held a master class for the school of novice teachers on «Legal education: the essence and place in legal education. Methods and techniques in the teaching of law». The following issues were discussed at this master class:

1. Legal education: essence, goals and functions. Content, forms and levels of legal education.

2. The concept and essence of legal training. Forms, methods and levels of teaching law.

3. The concept of method, methodology and methodological techniques in the teaching of law. Classification of methods of teaching law.

4. Forms of organization of classes in legal education: concept, classification.

5. Individual and individual-group forms of teaching law. The main forms of legal training in educational institutions: the concept and types.

6. Basic forms, means and methods of independent work of students.

Elena told how the young teacher to meet the time and have time to give the cadet all the material of the lesson.

From 16.00 to 17.30o’clock — E. I. Maksimenko together with the Deputy head on scientific work, police Colonel G. J. Suleymanova conducted a session for young scientists and specialists. Where they told how to write articles, explained the difference between the textbook and the scientific publication, in which journals of the Russian Federation can publish articles in Scopus and ThomsonReuters. Also, young scientists and specialists asked what should be done to enter the graduate school of the Orenburg State University.
