October 25, 2019 Head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev police Colonel A. E.Kabduev took part in the roundtable on the topic «On the implementation of departmental educational institutions of the MIA of activities under the roadmap for modernisation of police of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 2019-2021 years». The roundtable was organized by the public Council on the activities of the IAB on the basis of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of internal affairs named after B. Beisenov. The moderator was the Chairman of the Council, doctor of law, Professor M.Ch.Kogamov. On this topic, six topical issues in the field of selection and training of personnel for IAB were touched upon, in particular, the problems of securing graduates and their career growth. The recommendation on formation of reserve of the Minister of internal affairs from among the best graduates of departmental higher education Institutions is accepted. As part of deepening and changing approaches to the organization of career guidance work, we agreed to intensify it among conscripts, especially the National guard, as well as to create a single video presenting all our educational institutions. To improve the practical orientation of training, the issues of creating representative offices of educational institutions in the territorial police departments, as well as special centers /departments/, where our veterans will work, will be worked out. In order to increase the scientific potential, it was decided to apply to the Ministry of education for the opening of the joint Diss Council on the basis of the Karaganda Academy. To increase the level of interaction between educational institutions of the Ministry of internal affairs, it is planned to work out the establishment of a Council of their leaders. In its framework will be discussed first projects of academic mobility of students and academic staff. Along with this, the exchange of views on the organization of personal pedagogical, educational and scientific work of the head of the educational institution with the cadets aroused particular interest.
