Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev is the constant improvement of forms and methods of training of personnel of internal affairs bodies. One of the directions of such activity is the involvement in the educational process of employees with extensive practical experience in law enforcement, possessing deep theoretical knowledge.

So, on October 22, 2019 an inspector – psychologist of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev police Lieutenant M. R. Islamgaleeva took part in a practical lesson with students of initial training courses-trainees at the position of the middle commanding staff. The theme of the lesson – «Extreme conditions and crisis situations in law enforcement» on the discipline «Psychological training» (lecturer — police Colonel A.F. Sattarova).

The audience during the joint working group developed options for action officers in the proposed M. R. Islamgaleeva various emergency situations and special circumstances. Special attention was paid to the formation and development of skills and abilities to show endurance and determination, resourcefulness and efficiency, to act competently and clearly. At the end of the lesson was organized body-oriented exercise «Rock», aimed at forming a sense of comradely mutual assistance, responsibility to colleagues, duty.

According to the results of the lesson, the students concluded that it was necessary to further improve the special skills and actions of police officers in extreme situations and special conditions.
