April 14, 2018 in the central park of culture and recreation named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after N.Nazarbayev , deputy of akim of Aktobe  Aydarkhanova Gulbarshyn Alpysbaevna presented a letter of thanks from the Akim  of Aktobe I.S Ispanov to the staff of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after  M. Bukenbaev  for active participation in the celebration of Nauryz Meiramy.

This event was attended by the head of the educational work of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, lieutenant colonel of the police Zhalgasbai Zhylkaydar Zhalgasbayuly. After the award, a concert program was organized.
