On 24th of May 2018, scientific research organization and publishing and editing operations department together with teaching staff, staff office department, educational line subdivision, staff office department and cadets of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev took part in work of International round table discussion «Our combined victory», carried out together with Belgorod Law Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia in online mode.
Moderator on the part of Institute spoke the Head of scientific research organization and publishing and editing operations department, police lieutenant colonel A.K.Karimbaeva.
Dear and distinguished guests became presidium member of Veteran’s council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs central office, honorary veteran of the of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police colonel, equivalent to participant of the Great Patriotic War Kemel Aitkalievich Zhumashev and honored employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police colonel Zhubandyk Smatulovich Berkimbayev.
In work of this international round table discussion took part and delivered reports the head of scientific research organization and publishing and editing operations department, police lieutenant colonel Aislu Kairlaevna Karimbaeva on theme «Malkedzhar Bukenbaev –participant of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 Hero of the Soviet Union » and faculty instructor of military and physical training, police Major Talgat Zhenisovich Elemesov on theme «Significance of patriotic upbringing by the example of Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan ».
On the part of Belgorod Law Institute of the interior Ministry of Russia with reports spoke-senior teacher of human and social and economic disciplines, senior police lieutenant Irina Valerievna Zaitseva on theme «Achievement of multicultural Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945»,
Cadets of 4 course: police common soldier Yekaterina Alekseevna Usacheva on theme «Kursky fight–critical stage of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945»,
Police common soldier Anton Pavlovich Khvorostyanoi on theme «Role of law enforcement officer in the days of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945», and cadet of 2 course,
Police common soldier Marina Vladimirovna Filipova on theme «Role and value of battle of Stalingrad in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945».
In conclusion of work of international round table discussion «Our combined victory» the floor was given to the presidium member of Veterans council of central office of Ministry of Internal Affairs, honorary veteran of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police colonel, equivalent to the participant of the Great Patriotic War Kemel Aitkalievich Zhumashev, who told about working career of Malkedzhar Bukenbaev, as he was his pupil and service in law enforcement community started under his direction.
In conclusion of international round table discussion «Our combined victory», Head of scientific research organization and publishing and editing operations department police lieutenant colonel A. K. Karimbaeva mentioned heroism, processed by our grandfathers in the days of the Great Patriotic War for the younger generation -future law enforcement officers, who is an example of high patriotic perception, sense of faith to Motherland,readinessto accomplishment of civil duty and constitutional obligations of Native land defense.
