March 1, 2019 in the framework of the international academic mobility program about carrying out classes and exchange of experience in the field of education and science between the Orenburg State University and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, associated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law and constitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna for participants of career development courses of the faculty of professional and additional education from 09:50 to 11:20o’clockwere held classes on the subject «Legal training» on topic «International obligation to protect human rights and freedoms», which dealt with the following 3 issues: 1) human rights in the history of international relations; 2) international institutions for the protection of human rights. 3) international human rights mechanisms. The presentation of the classesmaterial was carried out with multimedia support in the form of electronic slides, in which the topics under consideration are clearly presented in the form of drawings, diagrams and graphs, which facilitated the perception and development of the newly studied material by the audience. Also in the classes used scientific domestic and foreign literature, recommendations and suggestions were of great importance for the assimilation of the material by students of career development courses of the faculty of professional and additional education.
