In the period from October 16 to October 28, 2017 in the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan  named  after M.Bukenbaev senior police inspectors of the police, district police inspectors of the LPS of the BIA  for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, as well as retraining courses on the organization of the work of the OMС and the BIA  units on duty, and the management of the complex police forces of the operational investigation group on duty were held.

   The educational process at the advanced training courses was carried out in accordance with the educational and thematic plans.

October 25, 2017 in accordance with the letter of the Department of Personnel Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 28, 2017 № 376, and in pursuance of paragraph 8 of the Plan to implement the recommendations of the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and the right of associations on the basis of the Institute ” General disciplines “with the students of the courses of retraining, a round table was held on the theme:” Employee behavior of employees – inadmissibility of using threats, violence, harassment, harassment, intimidation or reprisals “.

For the practical orientation of the process of training the listeners  on October 19, 20, 26, 27, 2017, outreach sessions were conducted to the law enforcement bodies of Aktobe. So, for example, the senior lecturer of the department of “Operative-search activity”, Major of police Tuleyev S. with the students of the retraining courses, he made an exit to the Center for Operations of the Department of Internal Affairs of Akobe  region and the duty department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Aktobe, as well as the senior lecturer of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative activity of law enforcement bodies “Lieutenant Colonel Izbasov M. with the students of advanced training has been carried out to the Center for Operational Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region and the LPS Aktobe region. Where they were visually demonstrated all the innovations and achievements of modern technology, their functional capabilities.

During the training period with the students an educational hour was held, at which the senior teacher of the faculty of professional and additional education, the police major Tuleuov D.T the issues of the culture of speech were touched upon, the students performed tasks on constructing a constructive dialogue in non-standard situations.

In their free time, students studied in the library of the institute, visited the memorial complex of Yesset Batyr, the regional drama theater named after T. Akhtanov, the museum named after T. Akhtanov for patriotic education and enlightenment. Alia Moldagulova, the museum of the institute, and flowers were laid at the monument to A.Maldagulova, the Eternal Flame of the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War.

          After the completion of the advanced training course, the students passed exams on the topics studied and received certificates of completion.
